Directions to use this hearty Chili Mix

• In a covered, 5–6-quart pot, bring 8 cups of water to a rolling boil.
• Whisk in contents of White Bean Chicken Chili Mix and Stir Well
• Add 2 Cups Chicken (Optional), White Beans, and 2 Tablespoons of butter.
• Stir well and cover.
• Reduce heat to a simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are cooked, and chili has thickened.
• Let stand 5 minutes.
• Stir, Serve, and Enjoy!

Evelyn's Elegant Edibles were inspired by holiday dinners at my grandmother's (yiayia) house. I come from a large Greek family and I have fond memories of the unique dishes prepared for the holidays.
