When I think of Stuckey's, happy memories pop into my head of driving halfway across the country every summer in my grandma's Oldsmobile to visit my uncle. We loved stopping at Stuckey's every time we were hungry or needed gas.
The Stuckey's Pecan Log Rolls were always on the checkout counter. They looked delicious with their sweet nougat, caramel, and Georgia Pecan pieces. We'd beg grandma to buy us one to share and of course she would, and probably bought one for herself too.
