Sausage, tomatoes & water are the only things you need to mix with Evelyn's Elegant Edibles Italian Sausage Soup Mix. Makes 10-12 one cup servings. The perfect comfort soup that is super easy to make.
Cooking instructions for the Italian sausage soup recipe
In a large pot, brown the ground pork sausage and break into small pieces. Add the contents of the Italian Sausage Soup mix, diced tomatoes, and 10 cups of water to the cooked sausage pan.
Mix all the ingredients together. Cover the pot and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Only occasionally stir the soup. Do not forget to remove the bay leaf before serving to your family and friends.

Evelyn's Elegant Edibles were inspired by holiday dinners at my grandmother's (yiayia) house. I come from a large Greek family and I have fond memories of the unique dishes prepared for the holidays. Some of her dishes were hard to make so they were only prepared on special occasions. Our goal was to replicate her recipe with the same quality ingredients and great taste without all of the work.
