Cooking directions

In a 4-quart pot bring the broth to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in the soup mix and chicken.
Return to a simmer, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Next, stir in chopped celery or fennel and lemon juice. simmer covered for 10 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grilled cheese or a piece of French bread and enjoy.
Makes about 8 (1cup) servings

2 cups of cooked chicken breast cut up (10 ounces)
3 stalks celery sliced or 1 bulb fennel chopped
1-2 tablespoon lemon juice
