General Returns and Refund Policy
We offer a Hassle-free, 30-day postage-paid return policy for most of our items.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unassembled, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damaged and other issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can remedy the issue and make it right.

Harvest Array Food Product Return Policy
At Harvest Array, we take pride in carefully selecting, packing, and shipping our food products with the highest standards of quality and care. Since these items are regulated for food safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
Due to food safety regulations, once your package leaves our facility or one of our trusted vendor partners, it cannot be returned, resold, or reused. For this reason, all food sales are final once an order is marked as shipped.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or we can draft a new order for your review. However, as stated above, the non-returnable items can not be exchanged.
Refunds
You will receive the refund to your original payment method.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What Does Not Qualify for a Refund
Harvest Array is unable to offer refunds, credits, or replacements for orders in the following situations: if an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, if a package is left outside or not retrieved promptly, if a delivery is missed due to customer unavailability, if a delivery is refused without prior contact, or if there is a change of mind after the order has shipped. Once a shipment is in transit, we are no longer able to modify, cancel, or reroute the order. In these cases, if a refund is issued, it will be for the cost of the product only and will not include shipping charges.
Harvest Array Cancellation Policy
At Harvest Array, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order before it is shipped. If you choose to cancel your order prior to shipment, Harvest Array reserves the right to withhold a 5% service charge on the order. This fee helps cover credit card processing costs that we are still required to pay, even when an order is canceled.
