Return Policy

General Returns

We offer a Hassle-free, 30 day postage paid return policy. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unassembled, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@harvestarray.com or call us at 814-396-2151 and supply us with your order number.  We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.  Please see additional items under Refunds.

Damaged and other issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can remedy the issue and make it right.

Please contact us at info@harvestarray.com or call us at (814)-396-2151 so we can help you solve the problem and send you a replacement item.  We will need photos of the damaged products and shipping boxes/envelopes. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunds offered.  Items like perishable goods (such as food and all products in our Food and Market Category), custom products (such as customized orders, special orders, or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as items in our Bath and Beauty Product lines). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We can not accept returns for any of products in our Food and Market Category for any delays in shipment cause by the USPS or UPS.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or we can draft a new order for your review. However, as stated above, the non-returnable items can not be exchanged. 

Refunds

You will receive the refund to your original payment method. 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

However, as stated above, the non-returnable items can not be exchanged or refunds processed.

 Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Harvest Array Cancellation Policy

At Harvest Array, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order before it is shipped. If you choose to cancel your order prior to shipment, Harvest Array reserves the right to withhold a 5% service charge on the order. This fee helps cover credit card processing costs that we are still required to pay, even when an order is canceled.
