• Package size: 1.2 ounces

• For a restaurant-quality taste at home, you'll need

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 1 stick butter or margarine

  • 1 lb. pasta, cooked and drained

  • Chicken, shrimp or other protein as you prefer, sauteed

• To Prepare a Garlicky, Scampi Pasta Dish

  • Add 3 Tbsp. of hot water to 1 Tbsp. of Scampi Mix.

  • Let hydrate for 5 minutes.

  • Add the olive oil and butter to a small pan. Add the hydrated scampi mix to the pan and simmer for 5-10 minutes

  • Toss with cooked pasta.

  • Add in cooked chicken or shrimp and serve.
