Antique Molasses Cookie Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 bag Molasses Cookie Mix
• ¼ cup molasses
• 1 beaten egg
• ½ cup melted butter

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350° F
2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients with a mixer to form dough. 
3. Chill the dough for 1 hour in the refrigerator. 
4. Shape chilled dough into 1″ balls.
5. Roll in sugar and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet about 2″ apart. 
6. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes, or until light brown.
