What is the difference between Jelly and Jam? Jam is made from mashed fruit, while Jelly is made from strained fruit juice. Jellies will not contain any pieces of fruit or seeds. So, our Jams have chunky fruit with seeds, while our Jellies are seedless and have a smooth texture.
