What are the benefits of having bats in my backyard? One small bat can eat up to twelve hundred mosquitoes hourly. Bats have a natural immunity to West Nile Disease, which is known to be carried to humans by mosquitoes.
Bats can eradicate West Nile from your area by eating up all the disease carrying, blood thirsty pests! Besides mosquitoes, bats can help control the populations of plant damaging beetles, moths, and leafhoppers.
