Times have changed since the lazy afternoons when there was time to make cookies from scratch. The concept of "binge-watching" was as foreign as cell phones because there were only 8 channels on the TV! Take yourself back to those simpler times and bake these old classic Snickerdoodle cookies. The house will fill with the amazing scent of cinnamon as an added bonus.

This Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix makes the soft cinnamon sugar cookies you remember from your childhood. Cinnamon and sugar go together like peanut butter and chocolate, a match made in heaven! Our Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix makes it so easy to whip up a quick batch and even contains the cinnamon sugar to roll the dough balls in. Just add a few simple ingredients, bake, and enjoy with your family!

Snickerdoodle Cookie Recipe:

• • 1 bag of Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup of softened butter

In a bowl, mix the egg and butter. Add the contents of the bag and mix thoroughly. Work into soft dough and chill for 1 hour. Form into 1″ dough balls, and toss balls in cinnamon sugar mixture.

Place on a greased baking sheet about 2″ apart. Bake at 350°F for 11-12 minutes, or until light brown. Makes about 24 cookies.

These cookies go so well with a cup of tea or coffee!
